I’m thinking about buying a pug (in addition to the one I already own) from a random person in the paper. How can I be sure that the dog is in good health/behavior and what questions can I ask? Thanks everyone!!
This pug is sort of being fostered.
They found this dog and are unable to keep it because they are moving.

My mom is allergic to dogs and my brother is kind of I really want a dog and i have been waiting for a long time to have one. Im totaly devoted but it’s just my mom. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN HAVE A PUG? please Thank you very much for all your help if you do respond
